This is your chance to step into a Centre Director role where you'll be empowered, appreciated, and genuinely supported.You will have a highly experienced and supportive Area Manager who values collaboration, provides guidance and does not micromanage.
What's more exciting is, that you will get to be part of the process working closely with the area manager even before it opens
As part of your leadership team, you will have daily assistance from a full-time Assistant Director who shares your responsibilities, as well as support from a dedicated Educational Leader focused on programming and curriculum.You will be rewarded with a generous salary package, monthly RDO on top of ongoing incentives and professional development opportunities, within a welcoming, values-driven team culture

Management ResponsibilitiesMentoring andteam managementSoundunderstandingof the Early Learning Years FrameworkSound understanding of service complianceExperience in staff rosteringQikkids software or similarStrong understanding and experience in performance managementExperience in financial reporting and budgetingBuilding a positive partnership with familiesQualifications and SkillsDiploma of Children Services or Bachelor of Early Childhood (ACECQA recognised),MUST have at least 2-3 years full time experience as a centre director capacity or higher in a medium size serviceCurrent WWCC or VITUpdated First Aid, Anaphylaxis, AsthmaHigh Level of written and verbal communicationStrong understanding and application in staffmanagementMUST have Full working rights in AustraliaIf you think this position suits you, please apply using the link.MH Consulting and Services is a recruitment company specialising in Early Childhood in finding suitable candidates forpermanent placements.
