Position Title: Recruitment Support Coordinator
Classification: HS3
Salary per hour (exc. super): $37.68
Hours per fortnight: 60.8 hours, flexible working for home options considered
Employment Status: Ongoing Part Time

**Role Description**

This new role is part of the Medical Workforce Unit and will be responsible for the bulk recruitment activities associated with the Junior Medical Workforce. The role will support the workforce planning objectives of having the right people in the right roles at the right time. The Recruitment Support Coordinator will work closely with Managers and Directors from across Bendigo Health, the Workforce Planning and Resourcing team and the MWU team.

We are looking for a highly organized individual, with a flexible work ethic and high attention to detail. If you possess an exceptional sense of customer service as well as the ability to schedule and manage multiple timeframes, you will be rewarded with variety in your role.

Please note, we are willing to train the 'right person' with appropriate transferable skills, so prior experience in recruitment, medical workforce or the healthcare sector is not an essential requirement.
