This position offers the opportunity to influence strategy, drive innovation, and deliver safe, efficient, and cost-effective mine plans that make a real impact on site performance.What You'll Be DoingDevelop and optimise underground mine plans that are safe, efficient, and aligned with both operational and long-term strategic goals.Collaborate closely with geology, technical services, and operations to ensure seamless integration of mine planning activities.Provide high-level technical input to support critical operational decision-making.Champion continuous improvement by introducing innovative planning solutions and best practice methodologies.Ensure all mine designs comply with statutory, safety, and environmental requirements.What You Will BringYou are a highly skilled Underground Mine Planning Engineer with strong leadership capabilities and a track record of delivering technical excellence.
You thrive on problem-solving, collaboration, and mentoring others.
