This is a fantastic leadership opportunity to shape our aquatic programs and create exceptional experiences for our community.As Aquatic Services Coordinator, you will oversee the delivery of quality programs, provide strong team leadership, and foster a culture of service excellence and innovation.
You will plan and organise lessons, identify new initiatives, and ensure students feel supported and motivated in their swimming journey.Key Accountabilities:Implement and promote the GOSwim program in line with Belgravia standards.Drive processes to ensure the success of the GOSwim program.Support delivery of business objectives and events calendar.Assist with incident and accident investigations as required.Achieve KPIs including financial performance, participation, and retention.Maintain high NPS and mystery shop results.Manage budgets and prepare reports.About YouYou are passionate about swimming and student development, able to engage and inspire people of all backgrounds.
