OverviewBelgravia Leisure is seeking a passionate and experienced Aquatic Services Coordinator to lead and inspire our swim school team.
This is a leadership role where you'll help shape the future of our aquatic programs and create exceptional experiences for our community.ResponsibilitiesImplement and promote the GO Swim program in line with Belgravia standardsDrive processes and practices to ensure the success of the GO Swim programSupport delivery of business plan objectives and events calendarAssist with incident and accident investigations as requiredAchieve KPIs including financial performance, school participation, and retentionMaintain high NPS and mystery shop results in line with Belgravia Leisure standardsManage budgets and prepare timely reportsAbout YouYou're passionate about swimming and the progression of students, with the ability to engage and inspire people of all ages, abilities, and cultural backgrounds.
With excellent communication skills and a customer-first mindset, you naturally build strong relationships and foster a positive, inclusive environment.To Succeed In This Role, You Will HaveMinimum 2 years' experience in a Swim School environmentProven ability to lead and support a teamStrong alignment with our values: integrity, excellence, courage, openness, respect, leadership, and accountabilityConfidence to step in and deliver swim classes when requiredThe QualificationsNational Police CheckCurrent Level 2 First Aid & CPR CertificateWorking With Children Check (or equivalent)Current Swim Certificate - Teaching of water swimming and water safetySwim extension certificates (desirable but not essential)Previous Swim School Coordinator ExperienceStrong people leadership with an ability to inspire othersExcellent verbal and written communication skillsLegally entitled to work in AustraliaThe CompanyBelgravia Leisure is part of the Belgravia Health and Leisure Group (BHLG) and is the fastest growing leisure organisation in Australia.
