Prestart Consultant - Luxury Homes - Projects up to 5million

**Your new company**

My client, an Award-Winning Luxury Home Builder, has been building beautiful, luxury homes of quality and distinction, starting from designing, building and achieving excellence through quality construction, for over 50 years.

House pricing between $800,000 - $5M.

They are currently seeking an experienced Pre-start Consultant to join their growing operations team based 6 miles south from the CBD.

**Your new role**

Conduct pre-start selection meetings with clients

Obtain quotes for pre-start changes whenever possible

Handle Certificate of Currency Applications

Retrieve information from Landgate as needed

Send BA7 Council Completion Notices upon build completion

Prepare Final Account Letters upon request by the Accounts Department

Maintain Handover Files, including warranties, keys, accessories, and maintenance information

Obtain the Dial before you dig information when necessary

Prepare Variations and process into Beams once approved by all parties

Assist with phone enquiries when required

**What you'll need to succeed**

Minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role within residential construction

Preparation of Variations and Final Documents

Work within a team to achieve targets

Maintain exceptional customer service throughout the construction process

Proven ability to read and interpret plans

Experience finalising contracts and addendas

Experience in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word & Outlook)

Experience in Beams (Building Estimation & Administration Software) - Not essential

Strong Organisational skills

**What you'll get in return**

Salary ranges between $70,000 to $80,000 depending on experience.
