We now have a new opportunity for an experienced Prestart Consultant to join one of WA's largest home building companies. Based in their Osborne Park office this role would be a great opportunity for a prestart consultant or client liaison officer who is looking to develop their knowledge and further their career with a reputable and successful company.

**Duties**:

- Liaise with clients from the preliminary signing through the construction phase right through to handover
- Deliver exceptional customer service at all times
- Conducting meetings with the client(s) including prestart meetings, colour selection etc
- Prepare documentation including construction documents and contractual documents
- Raise variations
- Regularly communicate with clients in regards to the progression of their build, consulting with them regularly, resolving queries as they arise
- Use construction software to track the progress of the build

Skills and experience
- Experience in a prestart or client liaison role working for a home building company
- Impeccable customer service skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
- Time management skills, the ability to prioritise tasks ad work to deadlines
- MS Office skills and exposure to construction software

This is a permanent position with a great salary package. Parking is provided on site and it is close to public transport.
