The Project Officer supports a high performing and adaptive CPL Project Team to deliver project outcomes through the provision of timely policy and program advice, stakeholder engagement, development of a range of written material for a variety of audiences with a high attention to detail, and secretariat support for a Directors-General Oversight Group.

**Key Duties and Responsibilities**:The Project Officer key responsibilities are**:

- Support the delivery of policy forums, inter-agency meetings and consultative processes.
- Analyse and prepare reports, general correspondence, briefing notes, memorandum for approvals on diverse issues to departmental standards.
- Provide high quality process and administrative support for the CPL Project Team.
- Deliver secretariat functions, inter-governmental communications and project support.
- Establish and maintain effective working relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.
- a statement not more than two pages, that summarises your skills, experience and achievements against the 5 leadership competencies. In your responses to the competencies, consider examples relevant to the key duties and responsibilities of this role.
- a current resume containing details of 2 referees. At least one referee should have a thorough knowledge of your work over the past two years as your manager or supervisor.This work is licensed under a Creative Commons Attribution 3.0 Australia License.
