The Veteran Services department is embedded in the veteran and Defence community, delivering extensive services and support that helps veterans and their families in Queensland and nationally to thrive. Striving to provide all veterans and their families with a streamlined, supportive and empowering experience after leaving the Australian Defence Force is at the centre of what we do. The department also supports RSL Queensland's 10 Districts and network of more than 230 Sub-Branches across the state.

The Team Leader - Employment Program supports the Head of Vocational Programs, Employment Program Manager, Senior Employment Consultants and Employment Consultants in the delivery of the RSL Employment Program nationally. Reporting to the Employment Program Manager, your key responsibilities traverse program delivery, case coordination, client management, stakeholder engagement, and team leadership, underpinned by the critical foundation of administration, compliance, risk management, PD and WH&S. You'll enjoy time at our Brisbane and Stafford sites across the week.

Pivotal in enhancing career opportunities and employment outcomes through tailored career education activities and employability programs, you'll lead a small team as you represent and promote Service Delivery with the veteran community. Your ability to engage, lead and motivate your team will result in first class employment services being delivered to the veteran community and their families.
