Job description - Junior Inventory Support
Reporting to the Production Supervisor, you'll play a key role in keeping supply chain operations running smoothly. From inventory control to reporting and supplier coordination, you'll gain end-to-end exposure and develop the skills to build a career in the industry.
Job responsibilities - Junior Inventory SupportIn this graduate role, your tasks will include, but not be limited to:
Take ownership of inventory control
- ensuring timely and accurate processing of stock
Maintain and update records
in the internal job management system (CMS)
Assist with preparing accurate stock and performance reports
Collaborate with technicians, partners, and suppliers to resolve stock-related queries
Support coordination of repairs, replenishments etc
Job requirements - Junior Inventory Support
You don't need years of experience, just the right attitude and willingness to learn. Ideally, you'll bring:
Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
Initiative and a flexible, solutions-focused approach to customer needs
An analytical mindset with confidence using Excel and the MS Office suite
Great written and verbal communication skills
A genuine interest in supply chain, logistics, or operations
