Job DescriptionReporting to the Production Supervisor, you will play a key role in ensuring seamless supply chain operations. As Junior Inventory Support, you will be responsible for managing stock and optimizing inventory control processes.
- Taking ownership of inventory management, ensuring timely and accurate processing of stock.
- Maintaining and updating records in the internal job management system.
- Assisting with preparing accurate stock and performance reports.
- Collaborating with technicians, partners, and suppliers to resolve stock-related queries.
- Supporting coordination of repairs, replenishments, and other operational tasks.
The successful candidate will possess excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and strong analytical abilities. You will also demonstrate initiative, flexibility, and a customer-focused approach.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical mindset with confidence using Excel and MS Office suite.
