Based in Surry Hills, you will be working for a dynamic, award-winning agency that provides custom built web & software projects for a variety of corporate clients across a wide range of industries from ASX listed corporates to smaller creative companies across Australia.

You will be supporting a creative team of strategists, designers and developers by liaising with clients to understand their needs and assist with translating their requirements for the creative teams.

**What we are looking for**:

- A Graduate with a degree in Business, Marketing or IT
- A confident personality with excellent communication skills
- People who are tech savvy and have some experience of, or knowledge of IT software or web design
- Some experience dealing with B2B clients over the phone
- Previous office admin and data entry skills
- People who are looking for long-term career prospects
- People who are focused, driven and ambitious with lots of initiative and excellent listening skills
- People who are not afraid to work hard to achieve and exceed goals and KPI's
- Self-motivation & initiative with the ability to learn quickly and manage various competing deadlines
- An aptitude to undertake product training
- A passion and drive to work in the software industry talking with clients about their web & software design needs
