**Workplace/Role**:Club Med Australia - Sydney

This opportunity is for a graduate, looking for an entry level experience & to put their studies into practice. You will be reporting to the Talent Acquisitions Specialist, but also working closely with the Human Resources Manager

**Availability**:6 months

**Position Overview**: To assist the HR Manager & Talent Acquisitions Specialist in all facets of human resources for Club Med Australia, with a particular focus on G.O recruitment for overseas villages.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Recruitment:_
- Assisting with end-to-end recruitment process for corporate office and resorts in Asia Pacific
- Posting job ads and continually resourcing innovative recruitment methods, updating position descriptions and job ad templates
- Conducting interviews and reference checks
- Chasing supporting documents and information
- Organizing employment information for G.O's hired - contracts & welcome letter
- Data entry of new village and office staff details and continually updating current staff details into HRIS system (Workday)
- Sending G.O arrival information to the village
- Liaison with universities and colleges for internship programs to continue strong partnerships and regular presentations and attendance of career expos
- Assisting department managers in corporate recruitment when required
- HR Administration:_
- Travel arrangements
- Booking domestic flights directly online
- Liaising with travel agent for international flights
- Constantly monitor and update all tracking sheets

**Your Profile**:

- You are a recent graduate with Human Resources or Tourism as major; previous recruitment experience is an asset
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills in English
- The ability to take initiative, react quickly and possess excellent organizational skills
- The ability to manage people in a positive, professional and mature manner
- Always maintain confidentiality
- Excellent attention to detail
- The ability to work autonomously
- The ability to multitask
