**Our Client**:
Our client, a boutique property development company are looking for a graduate to join their team

**The Duties**:

- Review due diligence and modelling for pipeline acquisitions and development scenarios
- Help manage and update project feasibilities
- Manage all administrative duties in the property development life-cycle
- Assist in the preparation of all aspects of the delivery of projects, including scoping, budgets and design under the guidance of the Development Team
- Attend project site inspections/process inspections, discussions and meetings as required, and prepare minutes where necessary
- Prepare reports regularly on progress, construction, budgets, risks and opportunities
- Degree in Property Development or other related field
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Self motivated and eager to learn
