The Role
Reporting to the Head of Supply Chain,the Supply Chain and Customer Care Officeris integral to delivering exceptional customer service by managing customer orders and requests efficiently.
This role involves close collaboration with customers and businesses, third-party logistics providers, and internal teams to ensure smooth operations and a high customer satisfaction.
Key responsibilities
Customer and Consumer Liaison:Handle customer queries, complaints, and suggestions across various communication channels (phone, email and portals), ensuring timely and accurate responses.
Order Management:Process and manage sales orders, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
Address any issues proactively and coordinate with third-party logistics providers.
Claim Management:Efficiently handle customer claims, resolve complaints, and process returns and credits while maintaining transparency and adherence to company policies.
Customer Database Management:Manage customer accounts, ensuring data accuracy and compliance with sales agreements.
Safety and Quality:Monitor and report adverse events and quality issues, ensuring they are escalated and addressed appropriately.
Leadership and Strategic Thinking:Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer service and supply chain processes.
What we are looking for
Education
Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field.
Experience
Minimum of two years in Customer Service, Supply Chain/Operations, or Administration.
Experience with MS Office (Excel proficiency), ERP, and CRM systems is advantageous.
Experience in the pharmacy sector is a plus
