Guest Services Attendant The Lane Retreat

**Description**:
THE OPPORTUNITY
This hands-on role will focus on providing the best possible customer service with a focus on Guest satisfaction and repeat business.
We are offering great training, ongoing flexible hours (approx. 20 hours per week) and great personal and professional development.
**Key responsibilities include**:
To provide service excellence to all property guests
Answer guests' inquiries about hotel services, amenities, and local attractions
Offer recommendations for dining, entertainment, and sightseeing
Provide friendly and knowledgeable sales and retail advice to customers, including coffee and wine sales, as well as advice on our homewares, gifts and gourmet food when working in the Pantry Area
Ensure that the pantry is always presented to the customer in the set standards
Assist with daily Breakfast Drop and other duties
Assist with housekeeping duties when required
A love of Customer Service and Hospitality
A desire to learn and grow in Hospitality field and a fun and friendly attitude
A background in Hotels, retail, café with barista skills highly regarded
Exceptional communication and organisation skills
Great presentation and pride in their appearance
Ability to work flexible across the business opening hours and peak periods
Own transport essential & RSA Essential.
