**The Role**

Reporting to the People & Capability Manager, your new role will see you primarily hiring facilities management and corporate staff, running assessment centres, and volume recruitment.
This is an end-to-end recruitment role involving:

- Working with hiring managers to gain understanding of the role;
- Shortlisting and conducting first interviews;
- Arranging interviews with hiring managers and assessments;
- Conducting reference checks, making offers and liaising with HR for contract preparation.

Your success will be measured on your time to fill vacancies, your pipe lining, feedback from hiring managers and your general stakeholder management competency.

**Your Experience**

You will be an experienced recruiter from either an agency or internal recruitment background.
Other requirements include:

- Superior communication and influencing skills;
- Stakeholder management experience and the ability to build relationships quickly;
- Time management skills and the ability to prioritise;
- Professional presentation and a positive, 'can do' attitude.
