This is a highly visible and hands-on role, suitable for someone who likes to work in close partnership with business units and the senior leadership team.
Responsibilities include:

- Facilitate the end-to-end recruitment process, from advertising to on-boarding, and everything in between
- Proactively source new team members in support of the growth of our centres
- Identify and implement a fit-for-purpose HRIS in support of all on-going recruitment needs
- Keep abreast of industry trends in recruitment and sourcing

Skills and experience:

- 2 years experience in an end-to-end recruitment role, preferably within a fast-paced, early growth setting
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Systems, LinkedIn, Seek and other recruitment systems/tools
