We are looking for an experienced Facility Manager/ Director of Nursing to work with a General Manager and wider leadership team to oversee the wellbeing of a 96 bed residence in the outer Eastern suburbs of Melbourne.

The role is working with a values based nfp organisation, and will see you responsible for providing leadership and effective operational management of the residence. This will include oversight of budget management, employee engagement, quality assurance and clinical care.
- High level clinical skills and expertise, and experience in a residential aged care setting, including Infection Prevention
- Knowledge and understanding of the Aged Care Act, ACFI/AN-ACC, Aged Care Quality and Safety Standards and relevant legislation
- Experience with effectively managing Covid-19 outbreaks
- Workforce planning and management expertise
- Well-developed prioritisation and organisational skills
- Proven management and leadership skills and the ability to guide, motivate and mentor staff
