Job Title: Facilities Manager - Cabramurra Township

We are seeking an experienced facilities manager to join our team at Cabramurra Township. As a facilities manager, you will be responsible for the overall management of the township's facilities, including the development and implementation of asset maintenance and management plans.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement asset maintenance and management plans/strategies associated with Cabramurra Township.
  • Collaborate with the Asset Engineering function to ensure consistency of facilities management.
  • Develop strategies for improving cost effectiveness and efficiency of maintenance and operations of Cabramurra.
  • Manage major service and logistics contracts required for the operation of accommodation facilities.
  • Obtain & manage the Governors Licence on behalf of Snowy Hydro and uphold the duties of licensee for the Cabramurra Bar & Bistro.
  • Maintain oversight to ensure operational compliance to the requirements of key applicable legislative obligations (e.g. Liquor, Food Safety).
  • Manage the operation of the Cabramurra water and sewerage systems.
  • Develop emergency management strategies and plans and ensure they are comprehensively documented, regularly updated and communicated to relevant stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Experience in managing teams, service functions, contractors and contract management.
  • Experience relating to facilities maintenance and the management of hospitality services.
  • Behaviours in line with Snowy Hydro's Corporate values.
