An exciting opportunity has recently become available for a well-presented and organised Service Concierge to join the team at Parramatta BMW.

If successful for this role, you will be an integral part of our customer experience with responsibilities including, but not limited to:

- Promptly attend to customers upon arrival,
- Answer basic enquiries and where possible refer to the appropriate personnel to assist
- Assist in moving vehicles around the dealership
- Ensure all service customers are offered refreshments and attended to accordingly.
- An exceptional customer service focus with proven experience in a customer-facing position.
- Strong time management and Excellent communication skills (verbal & written).
- Basic MS office, data entry and general computer skills.
- Sound knowledge of telecommunications and administrative procedures and requirements.
- Ability to work proficiently and calmly in a fast-paced environment.
- Relevant administrative qualifications and/or experience in a similar role.

You will be committed to providing exemplary customer service and always willing to go the extra mile Previous frontline reception, administration, and customer service experience will be viewed favourably.
