Our client a large sheetmetal manufacturer in the **Dandenong **area, has a current requirement for an experienced Supervisor, to monitor and supervise their assembly and manufacturing area of the factory.

This role will entail
- **Monitoring all workflow and adjusting workflow as required**:

- **Liaise with the factory manager**:

- **Work closely with the dispatch team**:

- **Make positive and correct decisions**:

- **Check quality**

To be successful in obtaining this role, you will
- **Have strong leadership skills**:

- **Have a good eye for detail and some quality assessing**:

- **Have a positive but strong attitude**:

- **Good communication skills**:

- **Have experience in a factory or manufacturing environment**
