Manufacturing Team Supervisor

The successful candidate will lead and motivate a team of production staff in achieving business objectives through effective leadership, prioritizing tasks, managing resources, and fostering a safe working environment.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading the manufacturing team to ensure optimal performance, quality, and productivity.
- Identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
- Maintaining a clean and organized work area, adhering to 5S principles.
- Ensuring timely reporting of any EHS incidents and conducting regular cell audits.
- Representing employees in EHS-related matters, providing feedback on actions taken, and identifying opportunities for improvement.
- Assisting in devising and reviewing EHS standards, policies, and procedures.
Required skills and qualifications:
- Demonstrated ability and aptitude to assemble and test complex electromechanical devices.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken.
- Able to provide clear instructions to operators and possess basic computer skills.
- Good leadership skills with the ability to motivate the team while maintaining harmonious relations within the organization.
- Previous experience with Kanban is highly desirable.
