Product Manager, Safety Cloud, Trust

**Responsibilities**:
About the Team The Safety Cloud team is responsible for developing content safety policies & strategies for our Emerging Products & AI business with Platform Solution & Feature as Services. Work closely with our stakeholders to design comprehensive strategies and plans, we are responsible for Feature Safety Solutions, and support the commercialization of our Emerging Products portfolio. Responsibilities - From a content safety perspective, the Safety Cloud team is responsible for building the platforms to support AI model pre-launch & post-launch evaluations, online content safety moderation, Root Cause Analysis for the key metrics, and strategy iteration & recommendations. - Provide common content safety solutions for User Profile, Search, Comment, Chat & Messaging, Push Message, and responsible for risk leakage and business impact by overkills. - Deeply understand the safety commonalities & differences, and content safety policies of emerging products, to design the planning of general capabilities and roadmap, includes feature safety, metric systems, assessment platform and systematic development design;
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in content moderation and safety, able to identify problems and opportunities with quantitative and qualitative analysis to continuously improve content safety measures;
- Coordinate with stakeholders to strive for appropriate resources, and support the rapid development of the business.

**Qualifications**:
Minimum Qualifications - 3+ years of product management experience in safety, content, or user experience, especially for platform products - Goal-oriented with a data-driven approach to problem solving. Experience in quantitative data analysis, with working level proficiency in SQL - Good cross-functional project management skills, good communication skills; a passion to unite people behind a common goal - Experience working with international partners across different time zones and cultures. Strong communication and collaboration skills Preferred Qualifications - Platform product design experience in the social media industry. - Have a good sense of content risks in the social media industry, especially for User Profile, Search, Comment, Chat & Messaging, Push Message. - Your ability to work in a high tempo environment, adapt, respond to day-to-day challenges of the role. - Your resilience and commitment to self-care to manage the emotional demands of the role. #LI-Hybrid
