AI Engineer for Trust and Safety

About the Role
  • Collaborate with our engineers to build industry-leading trust and safety systems
  • Develop scalable classifiers, tools, models, and algorithms using cutting-edge AI, computer vision, and data mining technologies
  • Enhance our trust and safety strategies through model iterations
  • Work with cross-functional teams to protect our platform globally
Key Responsibilities
  1. Build and deploy AI-based solutions to address key business problems and identify growth areas
  2. Design and implement efficient algorithms and data structures to support large-scale AI applications
  3. Develop and maintain high-quality software components, including data pipelines, feature engineering, and model serving
  4. Collaborate with data scientists to design and implement experiments, analyze results, and optimize model performance
  5. Work with product managers to understand business requirements and develop solutions that meet their needs
Requirements
  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
  • Strong knowledge in AI, pattern recognition, NLP, data mining, or computer vision
  • Solid understanding of data structures and algorithms
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
