Based at our Head Office in the bustling Adelaide Airport Business District, this is your opportunity to become a key part of a passionate and high-performing internal call centre team at _Atlas McNeil Healthcare_. Every day, you'll play an essential role in ensuring our customers receive outstanding support with accuracy, efficiency, and a personal touch.
**What You'll Be Doing**:
- Be the friendly voice of Atlas McNeil Healthcare, delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced, team-focused environment
- Confidently handle incoming phone calls with professionalism and empathy
- Provide clear, helpful information about our products and services to a wide range of customers
- Process orders and payments accurately and efficiently
- Support your teammates across the wider Customer Service team when needed

You've got a sharp eye for detail, a proactive mindset, and you don't shy away from a challenge. **What You'll Bring**:
- Previous experience in a customer service environment (preferred)
- Exposure to aged care, continence education, wound care, or pharmacy is highly regarded
- A solid understanding of NDIS fundamentals is a bonus
- Strong computer skills, particularly within Microsoft Office
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- A genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences
