What you'll do:
- Create and deliver marketing events to help deliver our goals including budgets and phasing-
- Inspire others to deliver great work through working with Marketing Excellence champions in all the marketing teams across the business- Present your ideas and plans to other teams / stakeholders to get support- Develop and maintain positive relationships with other teams, including other marketing teams, training agencies and other functions within the business.

Team Overview:
The Marketing Capability team designs and runs the Sky Marketing Excellence Programme: a long term initiative to primarily upskill and inspire over 400 marketers across the whole business. It also focuses on putting Sky Marketing on the map in the marketing industry as an outstanding place to work, bigging up Sky's talent and resources to produce world class marketing. It does this through creating training, inspiration and industry participation opportunities for Sky and its marketers.

Your office base:
Osterley:
Our Osterley Campus is a 10-minute walk from Syon Lane train station. Or you can hop on one of our free shuttle buses that run to and from Osterley, Gunnersbury, Ealing Broadway and South Ealing tube stations. There's also plenty of bike shelters and showers.
