We are currently seeking compassionate and dedicated NDIS Support Workers to join our growing team.

As an NDIS Support Worker at Devote Care, you will provide direct support to NDIS participants, assisting them to achieve their personal goals and maintain independence. Your work may involve in-home care, community participation, transport, personal care, and daily living assistance.

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver person-centred support.
- Assist with daily living tasks such as personal care, meal preparation, medication prompts, and household duties.
- Facilitate community access and social participation, including attending appointments, shopping, or social outings.
- Encourage and support skill development to promote independence.
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress notes as required.
- Communicate effectively with participants, families, and the Devote Care team.
- Uphold the rights, privacy, and dignity of participants at all times.
- Follow all Devote Care and NDIS policies, procedures, and quality standards.

Essential Criteria
- Genuine passion for supporting people with disability.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Current Australian driver's licence and reliable vehicle.
- NDIS Worker Screening Check and Working With Children Check (or willingness to obtain).
- Current First Aid and CPR certification (or willingness to obtain).
- Full COVID-19 vaccination (in line with government health directives).
- Respect for diversity and commitment to inclusive practices.

Desirable Criteria
- Certificate III or IV in Disability, Individual Support, or a related field.
- Previous experience in a similar role or lived experience in supporting people with disability.
- Ability to speak additional languages or knowledge of Auslan.
