About the Role
We are seeking a Digital Product Strategist to lead the development of a high-growth B2B SaaS platform operating in the asset, infrastructure, and property technology space.
The successful candidate will own the product strategy and delivery for a new platform that aims to transform how physical assets are assessed, maintained, and managed by combining AI, real-time data, and workflow automation to build a true system of work.
This is a rare opportunity to join a company with strong market traction but still early enough to leave your mark on product, team, and direction.
Key Responsibilities
Own and drive product strategy for a new platform focused on workflow orchestration, operational insights, and asset lifecycle intelligence.
Translate complex customer needs into clear product decisions, roadmap, and delivery plans.
Work cross-functionally with a distributed engineering team to define, build, and iterate on features.
Lead customer discovery and validation – spending time in the field to deeply understand workflows and pain points.
Balance vision with execution – delivering value incrementally while keeping the long-term platform in view.
Define and track key product metrics and outcomes, using data to inform priorities.
What You Bring
Proven experience in B2B product roles, ideally at venture-backed SaaS companies working on complex workflow tools or enterprise software.
A track record of taking a product from early stages to market success, with strategic vision and hands-on delivery.
High technical fluency – you're confident collaborating with engineers and understanding data architecture or platform constraints.
Exceptional communication and decision-making skills, with the ability to bring structure to ambiguity.
Comfortable operating with high agency and high conviction – you lead with evidence, move fast, and don't wait to be told what to do.
