We are looking for HR Coordinator to support our team in Australia and New Zealand. The HR Coordinator drives our mission by working with leaders and employees across the business to ensure Tesla is a great place to work for everyone. What You'll Do
- Coordinating new hire onboarding from documentation through to their first day
- Answering day to day employee queries via our e-ticketing system
- Supporting internal employee communication
- Interpret and explain human resources policies, procedures, laws, standards and regulations
- Lead employee engagement initiatives
- Coordination of employee benefit programs
- Optimizing and standardizing HR processes and programs
- Ad-hoc project support
- Administration of key HR systems including Kronos
- Payroll support such as leave reports and monthly reconciliation with the payroll team

What You'll Bring
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in relevant work experience
- 1-3 years' experience in a HR Coordinator or other HR role
- Experience assisting employees with basic workplace queries such as leave balances and pay queries
- Experience using internal HR systems
- Basic knowledge of federal, state and local laws and statutes for employment
- Resourceful and self-motivated with ability to work in changing environments
- Demonstrated ability to effectively collaborate with all levels of the organization
- Proven organizational skills, time management, attention to detail, and ability to handle multiple tasks
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Proficient in MS Office
- Experience with data analytics is a plus
