Identifying and developing sales opportunities specifically within the mid-market segment through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails.Conduct discovery calls to understand the unique needs and requirements of mid-market clients, tailoring our solutions to their specific circumstances.Qualify and route potential opportunities to the appropriate Account Executives for further development and eventual closure.Research mid-market accounts, identify key decision-makers, and generate interest in Employment Hero's offerings for this market.Maintain and expand your database of mid-market prospects within your assigned segment.Collaborate with the sales team to conduct effective online demonstrations of our software to mid-market prospects when necessary.Who you areTo thrive at Employment Hero, you'll need to embody The EH Way - operating with focus, agility, and an obsession with impact.
For this role, you'll also bring:Proven Sales Experience with a Mid-Market Focus: Demonstrated experience in high-volume inside sales, particularly within the mid-market segment.Over-Achievement: A track record of consistently exceeding targets and goals in the mid-market sector.Phone Skills: Strong phone presence and the resilience to engage in phone communication throughout the day, particularly with mid-market clients.Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are a must, especially when dealing with mid-market clients.Listening and Presentation for the Mid-Market: Proficiency in active listening and presentation skills, tailored for mid-market audiences.Time Management: Ability to multitask, prioritise tasks effectively, and manage time efficiently, with a focus on mid-market leads and prospects.What we can offerAt Employment Hero, we don't just talk about a better way to work - we live it.
