Project Coordinator, $110,000 + super, full-time position

They are now looking for an experienced Project Coordinator to join their dynamic team on a full-time, permanent basis.

As a Project Coordinator in this business, you will be responsible for contributing to the growth and profitability of the company by providing professional technical solutions and ensuring a constant high level of product knowledge, service and administration to deliver the utmost client satisfaction.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

- Managing contractors and ensuring all contractors adhere to OH&S policies and regulatory rules and requirements
- Coordinating the installation process for all large scale projects within the business, including product delivery, equipment hire, and on-site management
- Assisting the operations department in the quoting process by estimating on-site installation, project management and equipment hire costs
- Developing and maintaining an installers' database which includes all required information
- Communicate daily with sales team and clients to ensure clients' expectations are met and exceeded

**What you'll need to succeed**
- A minimum of 2 years experience in a Project Coordinator or similar role in a warehouse background
- Experience with racking is ideal
- Experience working with clients (retailers beneficial)
- Strong problem-solving skills
- A can-do, positive work attitude
- A proactive mindset and a driver to deliver exceptional results
