**Job Title**: Warehouse Assistant Supervisor

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Warehouse & Fulfilment Operations**
- Supervise and support picking, packing, and dispatching of customer orders.
- Check orders for accuracy before shipment.
- Coordinate courier pickup bookings to ensure timely dispatch.
- Accept deliveries from onshore and offshore suppliers and verify items against invoices and POs.
- Conduct regular inventory checks and stock takes to maintain accurate stock levels.
- Ensure that top-selling products are always in stock and reorder when necessary.

**Administrative & Reporting Tasks**
- Create and manage invoices and purchase orders using internal systems.
- Generate order sheets and maintain order records using Microsoft Excel.
- Track weekly sales data and generate basic sales reports.
- Assist in sales forecasting based on top-selling products and historical data.
- Perform regular price checks for wholesale and retail pricing across key products.

**Coordination & Support**
- Liaise with suppliers and couriers to ensure timely delivery and dispatch.
- Support the Operations Manager with day-to-day administrative and operational tasks.
- Help identify and implement process improvements within warehouse and logistics operations.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics, or operations role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (basic reporting, data entry, formatting).
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.
- Familiarity with inventory systems and courier booking platforms is a plus.

**Desirable Skills**:

- Experience in inventory management and demand forecasting.
- Understanding of procurement processes and supplier management.
- Basic knowledge of sales trends and product performance tracking.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Casual

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 24 - 40 per week
