Warehouse Supervisor Role

We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to join our fast-paced warehouse environment.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer service and warehouse management, with a focus on safety and efficiency.

The successful applicant will be responsible for managing the collection and sorting of products, transporting bulker bags to storage areas, and assisting customers with their containers.

They will also be responsible for monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs), reporting performance and health and safety metrics, and ensuring staff have the necessary skills and training to work safely and efficiently.

Key responsibilities include:

Managing the collection and sorting of products from various sources

Ensuring accurate product placement in bulker bags

Transporting bulker bags to designated storage areas using manual handling or forklift equipment

Providing exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty

Monitoring and reporting performance and health and safety metrics to support continuous improvement

Developing and implementing procedures to improve efficiency and productivity

Leading by example and promoting a culture of safety and excellence within the team

Requirements
  • Strong background in customer service and warehouse management
  • Proven ability to lead and motivate teams
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Forklift licence desirable
  • Current driver's licence essential
