As a Quality and Capability Advisor, you'll be the go-to for technical audits and quality reviews.
You'll help the team grow through coaching, reporting and smart insights and your work will guide training, improve processes and support better outcomes.Day to day, you'll:Review life claims with accuracy and fairnessGive feedback and coaching to help the team improveAnalyse data and share insights with senior leadersSupport quality assurance processes and frameworksHelp assess capability and recommend authority levelsRun deep dive audits to uncover trends and risks Location: Brisbane or SydneyAbout youYou're experienced in life claims and know exactly what quality looks like.
You're a clear communicator who genuinely enjoys helping others grow.
Curious and analytical by nature, you're not afraid to dive into the data to uncover insights and drive improvement.
