You provide customer's with an excellent experience through efficient and pro-active management of card and payment disputes.

You ensure operational efficiency for payments by actioning reconciliations and transaction postings within agreed SLA's

**How you will spend your time**
- Actioning dispute cases (payments and cards) for ubank customers and other financial institutions
- Performing reconciliation functions
- Liaising with key stakeholders
- Providing and supporting contact centre with all customer enquiries.
- Performing Adhoc remediation activities
- Maintaining knowledge on the various products, procedures and processes
- Meeting quality and compliance requirements and productivity targets

**What you will bring to ubank**
- Demonstrated experience in customer service or banking admin role within financial
services
- Reliable and demonstrated ability to 'show up'
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail, time management and coordination
skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- A problem-solving and collaboration skillset.
- Be a team player
