Administrative Professional - Investment Banking

As an Administrative Professional in the Investment Banking Coverage & Advisory team, you will provide high-level administrative support to Managing Directors/Directors.

  • Diary and meeting management require strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently.
  • You will devise effective travel schedules, book accommodation and all modes of transport, reconcile costs, and process expenses promptly.
  • Maintaining and creating office documentation, including spreadsheets, databases, and presentation materials, is crucial for this role.
Key Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in a similar administrative role, preferably within Corporate Finance, demonstrating your ability to adapt to our business.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills showcase your passion for quality and attention to detail.
  • Strong organizational skills enable you to handle multiple tasks efficiently, prioritizing work flow while remaining flexible when needed.
