Our client is a full-service Property Wealth Planning business that help

everyday Australians build successful residential property portfolios through

a range of products and services.

**About the role**:
As a member of the Property Investment Sales Team, your responsibility includes:

- Meeting with clients who the Property Education Team has financially qualified ahead of the session with you.
- Present strategies to the client that will help them achieve their financial goals with the objective to register the client for the Property Wealth Program.
- Devise a plan for your clients and present a number of property options sourced by our acclaimed acquisitions team that include a mixture of established and off-the-plan properties.
- Work closely with partners and service providers (such as mortgage brokers, solicitors, and financial advisors) in the industry to create new business development opportunities.
- Conduct repeat business with clients until they hit their investment goals.

**About you**:

- Minimum three years consultative sales and customer service experience in the property industry or a professional client services environment
- Self-motivated with a high-achieving work ethic
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong administration skills and experience working with CRM's
- Sound presentation, networking, negotiation and influencing skills
- Understanding of finance and how it relates to property investment
