Join Our Team as a People and Culture Partner
About the role
The People and Culture Partner will play a key role in providing coaching, advice, and partnering services to support managers and employees in operating more effectively to deliver quality healthcare services. A major aspect of the role involves assisting managers in resolving medium to high-risk employee relations matters, including performance management, grievances, workplace investigations, and disciplinary processes.
This position will support managers across a broad range of People and Culture matters, from implementing new strategies to operationalising workforce planning and project management. The role will also focuses on building and developing the skills of managers and employees within the organisation through the creation and facilitation of educational programs, coaching, and management masterclasses.
**Your main duties will include**:
Provided accurate and timely advice, coaching and support managers and employees across all aspects of people and culture matters.
Attend management and team meetings as required and share topical people and culture information, keep abreast of and understand current challenges facing Aged Care, Home Care and Hospitals
Develop trusted relationships and counsel with our Managers.
About you
Tertiary qualifications in HR or related discipline
Demonstrated experience in performance management, project management, workforce development, industrial/employee relations case management, change management
Proven ability to interpret relevant industrial instruments such as Awards and Enterprise Agreements, including classifications and rates of pay.
Highly-developed relationship management skills, including the ability to interact with, and gain cooperation from, internal and external stakeholders at various levels
Willingness to travel to our sites and centres across NSW as part of the role's requirements
