Exciting opportunity to provide administration support to a State Government department located close to Perth

**Your new company**

Exciting opportunity for an experienced administration officer to join the Grants team in a large State Government department, based in Perth CBD. We are looking for a good all-rounder with fantastic communication, data and reporting skills, to work full-time hours, on an initial temporary basis. To start immediately. This department is located close to Northbridge in Perth CBD.

**Your new role**
- Manage grants for the Social Housing Economic Recovery Package (SHERP) Grants Program
- Develop and implement grants administration strategies
- Develop, examine and evaluate policies relating to grants administration
- Develop systems, procedures and standards relating to grants management.
- Grant Acquittals
- Assess, track and investigate project invoices to provide evidence of spending

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Previous experience in a similar role, within Government
- Excellent communication (written and verbal) and organisational skills
- Knowledge in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook) and data entry
- Experience with/ or knowledge of Microsoft D365 would be beneficial
- Knowledge of Power BI
- A current police clearance, dated within the past 3 months (or willing to obtain)
