Autoleague are seeking a **Fleet Coordinator** to join our team at **Midland City Nissan and Isuzu UTE.**

**The Role**:

- Coordinating the delivery and collection of fleet vehicles from off-site suppliers.
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships through exceptional customer service.
- Handling administrative tasks such as processing paperwork and updating spreadsheets with precision.
- Maintaining a high attention to detail to guarantee customer satisfaction.
- Contacting clients to schedule vehicle deliveries, ensuring timely and efficient operations.
- Collaborating with multiple departments to drive efficiency and productivity in a fast-paced environment.

**About you**:

- ** Experience** in fleet management, automotive sales, or a related field (preferred but not essential).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- The ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced work environment.
- Previous administrative experience in a dealership setting (preferred but not required).
- A valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
