The primary responsibility of this role is to provide financial and administrative support to the team. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

- Directing invoices to the relevant cost centre for approval
- Credit card management system administrator password resets, change of limits
- and set up of new users, queries from users, management of general ledger codes
- Payment run processing twice a week for domestic incl EFT, BPay, as required
- Support month end process, as required
- Support year end audit process, as required
- Continuing to improve and streamline the payables process
- Ad-hoc tasks

**The Successful Applicant**:
To be successful in the role, you will be able to demonstrate your ability in the following key criteria:

- Minimum of 3-4 years work experience in a similar role
- Experience in Accounts Payable automation tool
- Enjoys working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Strong communication/interpersonal skills
- Ability to problem solve, prioritise and multitask
- Ability to work autonomously, take initiative and adapt to change
- High level of attention to detail
