Accounts Payable Officer

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our Head Office team in the position of Accounts Payable Officer on a part-time basis. Flexible working hours available.

The main focus of this role will be to process accounts payable invoices received from suppliers and subcontractors.

**Key Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Invoice entry
- Liaise with Suppliers, Subcontractors and our internal team as required
- General accounts processing and administration
- General data entry as needed

**Skills & Experience required**:

- Positive attitude and a team player
- An ability and willingness to quickly learn new software/systems
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including a professional phone manner
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy is a must
- Must be reliable and provide references
- Previous accounts payable experience

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 24 per week
