Market Research Consultant

Quantum Market Research is seeking a Market and Social Research Consultant to join our growing team, on a 12 month fixed term contract.
You will have a proven track record of developing and executing market research projects across government and corporate clients and have a desire to work across multiple sectors. You will be responsible for successfully leading projects and developing client relationships with the assistance of a project director.
**You will be responsible for**:
- Building strong relationships with clients, serving as the primary point of contact throughout the project lifecycle
- Developing comprehensive project plans, including research methodologies, data collection strategies, and timelines
- Ideally a dualist, comfortable working across both quantitative and qualitative methodologies
- Designing research questionnaires, discussion guides, and other research instruments as per project needs
- Monitoring project progress, ensuring adherence to quality standards and client expectations and identify and evaluate potential risks and develop mitigation strategies
- Analysing data from research projects and interpret findings to provide actionable insights and recommendations to clients
- Conducting regular project status meetings and provide updates to internal stakeholders and clients
- Conducting client meetings to discuss research objectives, project progress, and deliverable timelines
- Visualising and present research findings and insights to clients in a clear and compelling manner
**About you**:
- Bachelor's or master's degree in Marketing, Psychology, Sociology, or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in market research agency role
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets and provide actionable insights
- Excellent communication skills, including the ability to clearly present findings and recommendations to clients
- Experience in leading and managing research projects from start to finish
