Early Learning Centre Director Position
We are seeking an experienced and innovative Early Learning Centre Director to lead our team at First Years Early Learning in Queensland.
The centre has a capacity for 70 children and has recently been taken over by a local family who values a family-run approach to early childhood education.
As the Director, you will oversee the operations of the centre and ensure the delivery of exceptional care and education to the children in our care.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide strategic leadership and direction for the overall operations of the centre.
Oversee the development, implementation, and evaluation of the educational program, ensuring it aligns with the Early Years Learning Framework.
Manage and mentor a team of educators, fostering a positive, collaborative, and professional work environment.
Ensure compliance with all relevant childcare regulations, policies, and procedures.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with families, the local community, and other key stakeholders.
Proactively seek opportunities to improve the quality of care and education provided.
