Brownes Dairy is looking for an experienced Credit Officer to join our supportive, friendly finance team on a twelve month fixed term basis.About the Business:Sporting the dual crown of Australia's oldest dairy and Australia's most innovative dairy, Brownes Dairy has an opportunity within our Engineering Department for a Control System Automation Lead.Community is at the heart of what we do as we collect over 120 million litres of milk each year from more than 40 dairy farming families located in WA's pristine Southwest region.

The position:The Credit Officer plays a vitally important role in the and ownership of the Accounts Receivable function, to maximise the collection efficiency and minimise overdue/doubtful debts whilst maintaining a compassionate approach to our customers.
Role Responsibilities:Contribute to the documentation and management of appropriate department procedures.Monitoring customer accounts on assigned ledgers for non-payments, delayed payments and other irregularities and resolving discrepancies.Debt Collection of overdue invoices – phone & emailsManagement of AR mailbox and processing credit card payments over phonePreparation and distribution of
