OverviewHarry Maxwell has been engaged to conduct a search for an experienced Senior Civil Engineer with specialized skills and strong account management capabilities.ResponsibilitiesSenior leadership role driving end-to-end project deliveryMentor and develop emerging talent by guiding junior engineers and fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous learningLead innovative design and project management work packages, coordinating across technical disciplines to achieve strategic project outcomesWhat You'll Be DoingDeliver strategic civil engineering design outcomes across a broad range of sectors, including commercial, residential, utilities, transport, and urban infrastructureRecommend and develop design methods, specifications and performance or functional requirements for tenders and projectsInfluence and support continuous improvement through high performance, innovation and accountabilityWhat we're Looking ForBachelor's degree in civil (Chartered status preferred)Minimum 6 years' experienceExposure to multi-discipline engineering design and construction deliveryPrevious experience in civil engineering, preferably with exposure to commercial, industrial and residential projectsHighly proficient in utilizing leading terrain modelling and civil engineering software, including 12d Model and Autodesk Civil 3D, along with other compatible technologies to deliver exceptional results
