**One Tree Balim Balim Kindergarten**
One Tree Balim Balim Kindergarten is in the Wunggurrwil Dhurrung Centre which is an integrated family and neighbourhood centre. One Tree Balim Balim provides a high-quality kindergarten program for local children and families. The service is inspired by child-led approaches and local culture. Our programs focus on embedding the local Aboriginal perspectives in daily routines. Various resources, theories and experiences are presented through the program to enhance children's knowledge, understanding and respect for Aboriginal culture, which is integral to the service and community.

An opportunity is now available for two educators to join our exceeding service and work with a team of experienced and passionate educators.

**What you'll bring**
- Diploma in Early childhood
- Current working with Children card
- Energy, enthusiasm and a mature approach

**What you'll do**
- You will be able to recognise and develop the strengths in children and your team
- You will be able to build positive relationships with peers, families, and children
- You will have a strong understanding of the Children's Services Regulations, Early Years Learning Framework (VEYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS)
- You will have passion and enthusiasm and will want to have fun
