**About the Centre/Service**

Early Learning & Kindergarten Centre 6 Months - 6 Years Enquiry and Play Based Learning. Montessori and STEM components. Focus on building a safe environment where children build relationships with educators and other children. Fostering resilience, confidence and capacity building for children.

**Description**

**About the Role** We are looking for a passionate and dedicated **Diploma Qualified Educator** to join our caring and dynamic team. **Key Responsibilities**:

- Create and implement engaging, play-based learning programs for children aged 0-6 years.
- Foster a safe, nurturing, and stimulating learning environment.
- Build positive and respectful relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
- Observe, document, and support children's learning and development.
- Collaborate with fellow educators and contribute to the smooth daily operations of the centre.

- Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care (Minium 5 Years experience in Early Years )
- A passion for children's learning and development
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills
- Current **Working with Children Check**, **First Aid**, **Anaphylaxis**, **Do Food Safe**, and **Asthma Management** accreditation and will complete Federal Police Check
- A strong understanding of the **Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF)** and **VEYLDF (Victorian Early Years Learning and Development Framework**).
