This role supports the combined Group Talent and Group Talent Acquisition team, across a diverse range of projects and tasks including the bi-annual group talent and succession processes, Executive and Board presentations, analysis and reporting, tools and templates as well as adhoc projects.

The opportunity

A brand new and exciting 12-month fixed term contract has become available within the combined Group Talent and Group Talent Acquisition team.

As the Group Talent Analyst, you be working across a diverse range of projects and tasks across Talent Acquisition and Talent Management, and you will have exposure to stakeholders across the organisation. A day in the role will see you owning key group-wide reporting, getting creative with Executive and Board presentations, supporting projects such as our Enterprise EVP and Executive Onboarding, and creating dashboards, alongside many other things

Primary responsibilities will include:
- Creation and maintenance of templates and tools for the Group Talent Management and Acquisition functions, e.g. Executive Onboarding, talent cards, Executive Team Health framework- Assist with presentations and papers for GEC and Board, which will involve analysis, writing and formatting- Collation, analysis and accurate reporting of group talent and talent acquisition data- Project management of Group Talent and Talent Acquisition activities- Provide support to major projects within Group Talent and Talent Acquisition, such as Employee Value Proposition and Talent Mobility- Manage deadlines and take responsibility for deliverables (short and long term) and independently prioritise accordingly- Proactively identify and resolve/escalate issues and seek opportunities for continuous improvement- Actively engage and collaborate with a wide range of global stakeholders across the People function and business areas- Undertake research, probe and question to uncover information and draw insights

This role will suit a confident and detail-oriented individual who is looking to take on a new challenge- Experience within Talent Acquisition/Management or HR- Strong planning and organizational skills, across multiple tasks and project- Impeccable attention to detail and ability to problem solve- Analytical experience with an interest to broaden your skillset in reporting and data- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a good eye for visual presentation- Curiosity and ability to understand the context of the work, seeing the bigger picture and purpose and therefore able to prioritise accordingly- Passionate about providing a high level of service to stakeholders
